CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

This document has been prepared to regulate the rights of customers, return, and cancellation processes for purchases made through www.milibarlab.com.

www.milibarlab.com operates in compliance with the relevant legal regulations, primarily the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

General Terms

By placing an order on www.milibarlab.com, customers are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract.

Purchased products will be delivered to the customer within 30 (thirty) days from the order date, provided that the product is in stock. If the product cannot be delivered within this period, the customer has the right to terminate the contract.

Products must be delivered complete, undamaged, and in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order.

Shipping fees will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

If the product is not available in stock after the order is completed, the customer will be notified in writing within 3 (three) days, and the payment will be refunded within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days.

Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER must notify the cancellation of the product within 24 hours by calling 0312 803 63 03 or emailing [email protected]. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation cannot be processed.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, complete, and unused.

  • The invoice and any accessories (if applicable) must be returned in full with the product.

  • In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs will be borne by the BUYER.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product or package has been opened or damaged.

Return and Refund Conditions

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal or canceling the order:

  • The return process will be completed within a maximum of 10 (ten) business days after the product reaches the SELLER.

  • The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment.

  • For credit card payments, the refund process will be completed within 2-3 weeks, depending on the bank's policy.

  • If the returned product is damaged due to the customer's fault, the SELLER may deduct the corresponding amount for the depreciation from the refund amount.

If promotional, campaign, or discounted products are returned, any discount provided will be canceled if the campaign conditions are no longer met.

Order Cancellation and Product Exchange

Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped.

Customers who wish to exchange a product must contact the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.

Note: If the purchased product is out of stock or cannot be supplied, the refund will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days.

Force Majeure and Delivery Delays

Unforeseen circumstances such as earthquakes, floods, fires, pandemics, wars, strikes, internet disruptions, etc., may cause delays in the delivery process.

In such cases, the customer will be notified of the delay, and one of the following options will be offered:

  • Cancellation of the order with a refund.

  • Replacement of the product with an alternative product.

  • Waiting for the delivery with the acceptance of the delay.

Competent Court and Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Any disputes arising from the application of this agreement will be resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the location where the SELLER is located.

In the case of any dispute related to this agreement, the courts in the city where the SELLER is located will have jurisdiction.
