By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that by confirming the order, they will be obligated to pay the order amount, and any additional charges such as shipping fees, taxes, and other specified extra fees. The BUYER also acknowledges that they have been informed about these obligations in advance.

2. DEFINITIONS
   In the application and interpretation of this Agreement, the terms listed below shall have the following meanings:

LAW: The Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502,
REGULATION: The Distance Contracts Regulation,
SERVICE: Any consumer transaction, other than the provision of goods, performed for a fee or benefit, or promised to be performed,
SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf of or for the account of the goods supplier,
BUYER: A real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a product or service for non-commercial or professional purposes,
SITE: The website owned by the SELLER,
ORDERER: A real or legal person who requests a product or service through the SELLER’s website,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This Agreement between the SELLER and the BUYER,
PRODUCT: The movable goods or intangible items such as software, audio, video, and similar products prepared for electronic use that are the subject of the purchase.

3. SUBJECT
   This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, with the product's characteristics and sales price specified below, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the specified period ends.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION
   7.1. The basic characteristics of the product(s)/service(s) (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number of items) are published on the SELLER’s website. If the SELLER has organized a campaign, the basic features of the product can be reviewed during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until the campaign date ends.

7.2. Prices
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the specified period ends.

   Invoice delivery: The invoice will be delivered to the billing address along with the order during the delivery of the order.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
   9.1. Information and Acceptance
   The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read the basic characteristics of the product subject to the agreement, its sales price, payment method, and delivery terms on the SELLER’s website and that they have confirmed this information electronically.

9.2. Delivery Time
Each product subject to the Agreement will be delivered within the period specified on the website, depending on the BUYER's location, without exceeding the 30-day statutory period, provided that the product is in stock. For imported products that are out of stock, the SELLER will inform the BUYER about the delivery time.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
    The BUYER must notify the SELLER by calling 0312 803 63 03 or emailing to [email protected] within 24 hours if they wish to cancel the order. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation cannot be processed. Return procedures will be handled according to the right of withdrawal rules.
11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
    Opened, used, or damaged products are excluded from the right of withdraw.
12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
    If the BUYER defaults on the payment made by credit card, the BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement between them and the bank and will be responsible to the bank.
13. COMPETENT COURT
    In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, complaints and objections will be submitted to the consumer court located in the SELLER’s place of residence.
14. EFFECTIVENESS
    The BUYER is considered to have accepted all terms of this Agreement when they complete the payment for the order placed through the Site.
